Sree Narayana College celebrates several events in connection with "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav", the 75th jubilee celebration of India's independence. The first day of celebration was held on 11 August 2022 with an Independence Day rally of 450 people. NCC and NSS units of Sree Narayana College in collaboration with teachers and students of AKVMLP School, Erattakulam took out the rally from Sree Narayana College till Erattakulam highway junction.
As the second day of the celebration on August 12, 300 students formed and displayed a 64:48-foot "Human National Flag" on the college grounds. Also, NCC and NSS members along with other students created a mural named "Freedom-Wall" in front of the college.
As the third day of celebration on 13th August, NCC units conducted �FREEDOM -RUN� and NCC and NSS units hoisted the flag. Candles were then lit in memory of the freedom fighters. Also, NSS units helped the nearby farmers as part of the college's distinctiveness.
On August 14, the fourth day of the celebration, the college students organized several cultural events.
On August 15, the last day of the celebration, NSS members planted saplings in and around the campus, and they started a "Campus Radio Station". NCC cadets made a visual representation of Indian independence history, "My India, Our India".
