    Integral Competition


    Rules of Engagement in the Field

    How the  Competition  works. 
    * Two Individuals will simultaneously solve an Integral problem with Stipulated amount of time in a Black board and a white board.
     
    * The selection of Board will be subjected to the toss before the game begins .


    How to Score and How much can be scored. 
    *On the say go the Integrator will have a maximum of 180 seconds to solve the problem. 

    *The First round of the competition will be of 3  rounds of Basic Integral problems. 

    *The Competitor solving the problem will be awarded with 10 points if he/she completes it between 120 to 180 seconds
    20 points if it's done between 60 and 120 seconds
    30 points if it's completed correctly before 60 seconds

    *In case of a Hint taken the Integrators base point will be reduced to 5 points and the bonus will be reduced to 10 and 15 points respectively

    *The one who completes First will have an bonus 5 points

    In case of a tie a 5 shoot out Questions will be delivered and if the draw remains a sudden death question will be supplemented.

    Note:The Fixture and Schedule of the Competition will be Finalized by the Department of Mathematics Sree Narayana College, Alathur. In case of More than 32 participants there will be a Preliminary test.
