CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN CAPITAL MARKET – EXPERT SESSION AT SREE NARAYANA COLLEGE
Alathur, 18 August 2025 —
The Department of Commerce and the Career Guidance and Placement Cell of Sree Narayana College, Alathur, organised a special session on “Career Opportunities in Capital Market” on 18 August 2025 at Gurukripa Hall.

The resource person for the session was Mr. Venugopal Rayirath, a renowned Capital Market Trainer associated with NSE and SEBI. He highlighted the vast scope and career prospects available in the financial markets, including stock trading, investment analysis, portfolio management, and regulatory frameworks.

The session, attended by students from commerce and related disciplines, provided practical insights into the dynamics of the capital market. Mr. Rayirath also shared tips on skill development, certifications, and internships that would help students build strong careers in the sector.

The program was presided over by Principal Smt. Praveena Vijayan. The event was co-ordinated by Dr. Dhiva S (IQAC Co-ordinator) and Dr. Shabna Babu (Department Co-ordinator).

Students expressed their appreciation for the session, which not only broadened their understanding of the financial market but also motivated them to explore future opportunities in this rapidly growing field.
