SREE NARAYANA COLLEGE ALATHUR ORGANIZES BLOOD DONATION CAMP

Alathur, October 22, 2025:
The NSS Units 37 and 117 of Sree Narayana College, Alathur, organized a Blood Donation Camp in association with the Palakkad District Hospital. The event commenced at 9:30 AM at the hospital premises.

The camp aimed to promote the spirit of voluntary blood donation among students and the public, emphasizing the importance of saving lives through simple acts of kindness. Several NSS volunteers and students actively participated, contributing to the success of the event.

The program reflected the NSS motto, “Not Me But You,” highlighting the value of selfless service to society. Medical officers and staff from the District Hospital assisted in conducting the camp smoothly and ensuring donor safety.

The principal of Sree Narayana College appreciated the efforts of the NSS volunteers and encouraged the continuation of such socially relevant initiatives that inspire humanitarian values among youth.
