Following a Presidential Address by HoD Ms. Remya Rajan E., Principal Dr. Praveena Vijayan officially inaugurated the gathering, emphasizing the intersection of literature and science. The session concluded with a Vote of Thanks by student Ms. Afeefa A.

Following the formal inauguration, the program featured vibrant literary performances, including 1st MA students staging scenes from Othello, Macbeth, and King Lear, while 2nd MA students brought characters from The Waste Land to life onstage. Students across various batches also engaged the audience with insightful book and movie reviews. Another major highlight of the day was an interactive exhibition organized by PG and UG students; featuring detailed charts and impressive original artwork, the display explored Shelley’s life, historical context, and the striking visual motifs of early sci-fi.

Ultimately, the successful event fostered a deep appreciation for literary genius across eras and encouraged thoughtful reflection on humanity, ambition, and the boundaries of scientific creation.
