Sree Narayana College, Alathur, affiliated to the University of Calicut and accredited with an “A” Grade by NAAC, is set to organise a Founder/Entrepreneur Talk titled “Beyond the Blueprint” on 12 October 2026.
The programme will be held at 10:30 a.m. at Gurukripa Hall. It is being organised by the college’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC), Young Innovators Programme (YIP), Entrepreneurship Development Club (ED Club) and Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), in association with IQAC.
The session will feature Mr. Biroj Battakkandy, Founder of HOLA Group of Companies, as the speaker. The programme is designed to provide students with an opportunity to gain insights into the experiences and journey of an entrepreneur and to understand the realities of transforming ideas into entrepreneurial ventures.
The theme “Beyond the Blueprint” focuses on the journey beyond plans and ideas, highlighting the importance of ambition, innovation, perseverance and learning from real-world entrepreneurial experiences. The session is expected to inspire students to explore entrepreneurship and develop an innovative mindset.
The programme is being conducted under the guidance of Dr. S. Dhiva, IQAC Coordinator, Dr. Praveena Vijayan, Principal, and Dr. Sumesh R. V., Nodal Officer.
The initiative forms part of the college’s efforts to encourage innovation, entrepreneurship and experiential learning, while creating opportunities for students to interact with professionals and entrepreneurs.
With the message “Real People, Real Journeys, Bigger Dreams,” the programme is expected to motivate students to look beyond conventional career paths and explore new possibilities in entrepreneurship and innovation.
