The Post Graduate Department of English, organized a One Day Workshop, “Zen- Drive” in the Gurugripa hall on November 18, 2024. The Resource Person, Mr. Kiran Vinod (Yoga Instructor, New Delhi) led the workshop with Yoga demonstrations. He spoke extensively on the topic, ‘Stay Grounded, Stays Focused: Yoga Tools for Student Life’. The Principal, Smt. Praveena Vijayan inaugurated the session, Ms. Remya Rajan E.(HoD of English) presided over it, and Mr Devadas V. (IQAC Co-ordinator) felicitated it. The Pg and Ug department students attended the session.
