The Department of Zoology, Sree Narayana College, Alathur, organized a counselling session on 15 June 2026 to create awareness among students about mental health and effective strategies for managing stress.

The session was led by Ms. Naurin Jahan, Sanjeevani Counsellor, who interacted with the students and provided valuable insights into the causes of mental stress and the importance of maintaining emotional well-being. She discussed various factors that contribute to stress among college students, including academic pressure, personal challenges, and anxiety about the future.
