Department of Chemistry at Sree Narayana College, Alathur Announces Winners of Ozone Day Poster Making Competition

ALATHUR — As part of the annual World Ozone Day observances, the Department of Chemistry at Sree Narayana College, Alathur, organized a campus-wide Poster Making Competition in Room No. 45.

The competition aimed to foster creative scientific awareness and engage students in highlighting the importance of protecting the ozone layer for environmental sustainability.

Students across various academic streams participated in the event, showcasing artistic interpretations of environmental preservation. The winning entries selected by the evaluation committee are:

• First Place: Vibha C. P. (II Year B.Sc. Microbiology)
• Second Place: Riswana M. (I Year B.Sc. Environment and Water Management)
• Third Place: Akash Nirupan S. (II Year B.Sc. Mathematics)
