The Honey Bee Club of Sree Narayana College, Alathur, in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), is organising a Display and Sale of Honey and its Value-Added Products on Wednesday, 16 September 2026, at the College Portico.
The programme aims to promote awareness of honey and its value-added products and provide the college community with an opportunity to explore a range of honey-based products. The initiative also highlights the importance of value addition and entrepreneurship associated with honey and bee-related products.
A variety of products will be displayed and made available for sale, including honey, amla honey, pepper honey, lip balm, moisturizer and honey soap. The exhibition is expected to provide students and visitors with an opportunity to learn about the different ways in which honey can be processed and developed into value-added products.
The programme is being organised under the guidance of Dr. Praveena Vijayan, Principal, and Dr. S. Dhiva, IQAC Coordinator. Dr. Praseeja Cheruparambath, Honey Bee Club Coordinator, is coordinating the event.
The display and sale is open to the college community, and all are welcome to participate.
