Alathur, July 22, 2026: The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC) of Sree Narayana College, Alathur, in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), is set to organise an Orientation Programme for the IGNITE Certificate Course, a global entrepreneurship certification initiative supported by the Wadhwani Foundation and the Kerala Startup Mission. The programme is scheduled to be held on 23 July 2026 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Gurukripa Hall.
The IGNITE Certificate Course aims to nurture entrepreneurial thinking among students by providing practical exposure to startup ecosystems, innovation methodologies, and business development. Participants will gain access to hands-on startup tools, mentorship opportunities, networking with industry experts, and a globally recognised certificate.
The orientation session will be led by Dr. Sumesh R. V., IEDC Nodal Officer, Sree Narayana College, Alathur, who will introduce students to the course structure, learning outcomes, and opportunities available through the programme.
The initiative is designed to inspire aspiring entrepreneurs to transform innovative ideas into successful ventures. Students interested in entrepreneurship, innovation, and startup development are encouraged to participate in the programme and take advantage of the free certification opportunity.
