Career Guidance Programme on Career Opportunities Held at Sree Narayana College Alathur

The Department of Economics, Sree Narayana College, Alathur, in association with the Career Guidance and Placement Cell, successfully organized a Career Guidance Programme on “Career Opportunities” on 6 July 2026 at 1:30 PM. The session was conducted in collaboration with IDD Institute of Management & Science Pvt. Ltd., Palakkad.

The programme aimed to create awareness among students about emerging career prospects in the healthcare and management sectors. Resource persons from IDD Institute introduced students to various career opportunities, including Hospital Administrator, Healthcare Manager, Operations Executive, Patient Services Coordinator, and Medical Office Manager.

Students were also provided with detailed information about professional courses such as Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and Office Administration and HR Management. The speakers highlighted the growing demand for skilled professionals in these fields and discussed the career pathways available after graduation.

The interactive session received enthusiastic participation from students, who actively engaged in discussions and clarified their queries regarding career planning, higher studies, and employment opportunities. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, reaffirming the institution’s commitment to equipping students with the knowledge and skills required for a successful professional future.
