Sree Narayana College, Alathur Hosts Orientation Session & Placement Drive in Association with Frontline Academy

The Career Guidance and Placement Cell of Sree Narayana College, Alathur organized an Orientation Session and Placement Drive titled “Kickstart Your Journey in Logistics” on 4th December 2025, at 2.00 pm in the college campus. The programme was conducted in academic collaboration with Frontline Academy, a leading professional logistics training and placement agency operating internationally.

The session was inaugurated under the leadership of Principal Smt. Praveena Vijayan, followed by an address by the resource person Mr. Mahesh KM, Manager – Process & Operations, Frontline Academy, who provided students with insightful exposure to the wide career possibilities in the global logistics sector. He elaborated on the expanding demand for trained logistics professionals in regions such as UAE, Qatar, Oman, KSA, Poland, Bahrain and more, and emphasized the need for industry-ready skills among graduates.

The Placement Drive introduced opportunities exclusively for freshers with the designation of Assistant Team Lead (ATL) offering a full-time role with a salary package of 15,000 per month. Candidates from the session were briefed on fundamental eligibility requirements including computer proficiency, willingness to relocate and strong communication skills.

The programme was coordinated by Dr. Dhiva S, IQAC Co-ordinator, and Dr. Shabna Babu, Career Guidance & Placement Cell Co-ordinator. The session witnessed active participation from final year students who made use of the invaluable guidance and recruitment insights shared during the event.

The Orientation and Placement Drive proved to be beneficial for aspiring candidates looking forward to building careers in the logistics and supply chain sector and further strengthened the institution’s commitment to facilitating industry-linked academic advancement and employment pathways.
