Sree Narayana College, Alathur, has added another feather to its cap as Gopika, a first-year BA English student, has been selected as a member of the Kerala Junior Girls Cycle Polo Team. She represented the state in the 28th Junior Girls National Cycle Polo Championship 2025–2026, held in Andhra Pradesh.
Gopika’s achievement reflects her dedication, discipline, and excellence in sports, bringing pride to the institution and the Department of Physical Education. Her selection at the national level stands as an inspiration to fellow students aspiring to excel in sports alongside academics.
The college management, faculty members, and students have congratulated Gopika for her outstanding performance. Special appreciation was extended to Dr. Aneesh Rajappan, Assistant Professor in Physical Education, for his committed mentorship, professional training, and continuous encouragement, which played a significant role in nurturing the student’s sporting talent.
