The Research Department of Commerce, MES Asmabi College, proudly announced the successful Ph.D. thesis defense of Dr. Sudheesh T V, Research Scholar, on Friday at 10:30 AM in the Conference Hall. Dr. Sudheesh T V, who also serves as an Assistant Professor at Sree Narayana College, Alathur, presented his doctoral research titled “Retirement Financial Planning Focusing National Pension System Among State Government Employees in Kerala.”
The defense session was chaired by Prof. (Dr.) Ushadevi K N, Retired Professor from the College of Co-operation, Banking & Management, Kerala Agricultural University, Mannuthy. The open defense and viva voce witnessed insightful academic discussions, followed by commendations for the relevance and clarity of the scholar’s research findings.
Dr. Princy Francis, Assistant Professor and Research Guide, along with Dr. Shiney C N, HoD, extended their appreciation and highlighted the academic merit and practical implications of the study. Principal Dr. Sanand C Sadananda Kumar congratulated the scholar for his hard-earned academic accomplishment and acknowledged the contribution of the research to policy discussions on pension reforms.
The ceremony concluded with remarks from invited dignitaries and an open forum, marking a proud moment for the Research Department of Commerce. The department extended heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Sudheesh T V for achieving this academic milestone.
