The National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit of Sree Narayana College, Alathur, is set to inaugurate its special camp titled “NILA” in the coming days. The inauguration ceremony was formally marked with the release of the camp poster, symbolizing the beginning of the service-oriented activities planned under the camp.
The poster of NSS Camp “NILA” was released by the programme coordinators in the presence of NSS volunteers and faculty members. The camp aims to inculcate values of social responsibility, leadership, and community service among students through a series of constructive and awareness-based activities.
Faculty members appreciated the enthusiastic participation of the NSS volunteers and highlighted the importance of such camps in shaping socially committed citizens. The camp is expected to include activities such as community outreach programmes, cleanliness drives, awareness sessions, and social welfare initiatives.
