Alathur, October 29, 2025:
The students of Sree Narayana College, Alathur, brought pride to the institution by winning the First Prize in the District Level Debate Competition organized as part of the District-level Vimukthi Awareness Programme conducted by the Kerala Excise Department in association with the Vimukthi Mission. The event was held at Kudumbasree Hall, Alathur, on 29th October 2025.
The competition aimed to promote awareness about the importance of a substance-free society and to encourage youth participation in spreading the message of de-addiction and social responsibility.
The winning team from Sree Narayana College impressed the judges with their eloquence, clarity of thought, and persuasive arguments. Their achievement stands as a testament to the college’s continued encouragement of intellectual engagement and social commitment.
The Principal, faculty members, and NSS Programme Officers congratulated the students for their remarkable achievement and expressed pride in their efforts to uphold the values of awareness, leadership, and responsibility.
