Cultural Celebrations – International Women’s Day

As part of the International Women’s Day celebrations on March 14, 2025, the PG Department of English organised a vibrant cultural program was held at the college auditorium at 1:30 PM. Students from various batches showcased their talents through a flash mob (by II MA students), dance performances, self-written poetry recitations, and a thought-provoking mime from the I MA students.

A special self-defense session was also conducted by the students of II MA English, emphasizing the importance of personal safety and empowerment. The event provided a platform for creative expression and reinforced the day’s message of strength, resilience, and equality.

The enthusiastic participation of students and faculty made the celebrations both engaging and meaningful, leaving a lasting impact on everyone present.
